The King's Hotel is a 3 star hotel characterised by a blend of Victorian elegance and modern facilities. Following a fire in August the hotel is undergoing refurbishment with a view to re open in 18 months. In the meantime the section of the hotel that was not affected by the fire is now operational as a 26 en-suite bedroom establishment serving continental breakfast All twenty six bedrooms have a private bathroom, direct dial telephone, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, iron with ironing board and hair-dryer.
