Venus Albir is the first Bio Aparthotel and ecologic restaurant with official certificate. The aparthotel is respectful with the natural environment, because most of the materials used for its construction are biologic (natural cork isolations under the flooring, ecological paints, marble floors, furniture of noble wood, etc.), which has a positive repercussion on the health of the human being. The building has 24 apartments distributed on three floors. Each apartment has: double bedroom with two beds with natural latex mattresses, wooden slab bedspring and 100% cotton sheets, living room with sofa-bed, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, telephone, and safe. The aparthotel disposes of a solar energy collector installation for the heating of the sanitary water, and also of a deposit for rain waters for the plants watering. It also boasts the organic restaurant venues Albir, the first restaurant to serve biological food in Alicante. The aparthotel offers activities including yoga and aerobics.
